Instrument introduction

· Internal molding sample, head stroke 100mm. It can be used for boric acid, steel ring, aluminum cup, plastic ring and other sample pressing methods, with wide application range and stable work.

· The design of special slow pressing and slow mold withdrawal scheme is more conducive to powder molding, ensuring the qualified rate of pressed sample and improving the quality of pressed sample.

· The whole hydraulic part is designed with integrated hydraulic tube module, which is small in size, fast in pressure and convenient in assembly. Specially designed oil tank, so that the machine working noise is small.

· In the electrical control part, the control power supply adopts low voltage 24V to make the work safer.

· The control system adopts thyristor integrated solid state module design, which avoids various failures caused by frequent motor startup and prolongs the service life of this part. The relay control part adopts the printed board welding structure, and the connection is firm, which improves the reliability of electrical control.
