High Frequency Infrared Carbon and Sulfur Analyzer

CS-300 is comprised of two parts: high frequency combustion and infrared analysis, with high analytical ability in depth, range and precision. The device has two detection systems: high carbon and low sulfur.

3) Streamlined gas way system connected by metal connectors, sealed tight , with gas flow controlled by SMC valve. 100,000 samples can be analyzed constantly without error.

4) Unique anti blowback function spares you from cleaning furnace end after a thousand samples are analyzed.

5) Gas mass and flow are controlled by highly-precise digital controller which is not subject to outer temperature and pressure. The precision and stability is above rotameter.

7) Modulating motor imported from Switzerland can work in a good shape for 30,000 hours constantly.

Software

1) Unique multi-curve design: maximum 20 curves for carbon and sulfur respectively. Custom curve is available.

2) Unique thermal, flow and peak width compensations make results more accurate.

1) System can identify smartly micrometer balance brand such as HUAZHI, SARTORIUS, METTLER TOLEDO, and OHAUS.

2) Results can be printed by a third printer connected to the device

3) Results can be transferred to other computers via serial ports or UDP/IP.
